Create a Netbeans Application project

An Example in Eclipse Neon.

1. In Eclipse select New -> Others from the File menu and then in the new window select a Java Project and press the Next button..
2. Select the Project Name to be the name Filterfragment
3. DO NOT mark the Create Main Class option.
4. DO NOT mark as Main Project.
5. Press the Finish button.
6. Left click the Libraries in the project to add Libraries.
   
   Select Java EE 7 API Library and press the Add Library button.
