"s" - html element (deprecated)

  • Render strike-through style text.
  • Starttag <s> is Required and endtag </s> is Required
  • Browsers that support the s - element : Internet Explorer Mozilla Firefox Opera Google Chrome Apple Safari
Element "s" example:
<p>To create bold text, wrap the chosen word or phrase with <b> and
</b> tags</p>
<p>To italicize text, place the text between <i> and </i> tags.</p>
<p>To underline text, place the text between <u> and </u> tags.</p>
<p>To strike through text, use the <s> and </s> tags.</p>
<p>To produce a monospace (code-like) formatting, place the text
between <tt> and </tt> tags (stands for "teletype")</p>
<p>Superscript: a<sup>2</sup> x b<sup>2</sup> =
c<sup>2</sup></p>
<p>Subscript: H<sub>2</sub>O</p>

class , dir , id , lang , style , title

Attribute "class" value(s): A list of style class names that must be separated by white space characters.
  • This attribute assigns a style class name or set of style class names to an element. Any number of elements may be assigned the same class name or names.
